This single-vineyard vintage, from one of the most historical families in the region, is perfection. Balanced, smooth, textured. An utter delight - especially with cheese. If you have time, I always recommend decanting, it'll soften the tannins & help the fruit come through, enhancing the tobacco & leather tones.

Vinification: Low Intervention, Natural, Unfiltered, Vegan

Farming: Biodynamic

Food Pairing: Excellent & elegant - traditions work: enjoy a ragu, a steak, something rich & Italian or if you're after something lighter, pair with some aged cheeses & fatty salamis. Crusty fresh bread. Oil & balsamic. Super.
