An excellent alternative to mainstream Prosecco. A rustic Pet Nat with all the body & style you'd expect but with the traditional flavour profile we've come to know & love. All fermentation happens in the bottle, contributing to a lovely mineral haze balanced with citrus, pear drops & clean minerality. It's not your usual prosecco, it's both rustic & elevated all at the same time. It's low alcohol means you can keep going with it, so if your party is a marathon (not a sprint), then this will keep your thirst quenched & your party buzzing. A great wine for gastronomy if you're looking for something a little off-piste too…
