A fun & lighthearted take on Malbec - terroir driven, lighter, fresher in style & ready to share immediately with soft earthy tones. Also, useful for pub quizzes: did you know that Malbec originated from Cahors in France, but after a blight in the 70's nearly died out entirely. Someone took some vines to South America et voila! they started to thrive, then a recent revival began in Cahors. Its French (& original) name is Cot. Hence the Cot(e) de Fruits.
