Super easy drinking red that still ha s a great body to it. Can be thoroughly enjoyed at room temp or lightly chilled, it won't overwhelm the palate. It's chewy & bold, good with food or on its own. 

Grape: Mourvèdre, syrah & grenache  

Vinification: Low Intervention

Farming: Biodynamic 

Food Pairing: Roast meats (duck!), pizza, Mediterranean dishes
