This wine is classy to the “nth” degree. Ben was one of the forefathers of natural wines in the UK. He has been intrinsic to the progress of the natural wine movement, & was one of the first to introduce biodynamic winemaking to the UK. He makes exceptional wines with integrity.

Food Pairing: Like all wine, try to pair with foods that come from the same terroir - that grown in the same soil. Think cheeses from cows whose pastures sit close by to Sussex. Fruits & vegetables that grow seasonally in the county. It's an easy cheat - same earth, great pairing.
