The later a winemaker harvests, the more intense the flavour profile & sugar content. As the grapes are turning to raisins on the vine, these late harvest Tokajis are works of patience & class. Small amounts of juice, with INTENSE flavour. Small can be powerful. Delicious sweet wine with amazing "zing" from its pineapple & lime flavour profile. Honeyed texture, bright acidity, silky, smooth, syrupy texture.
