This delicious old Tawny port patiently matured for 10 years in seasoned oak casks, acquiring a softened, mellow texture with an intense, complex nose which complements the appealing raisin fruit. Great chilled with all sorted for foods, but for something understated, crack open a nice bar of chocolate & have a tipple of 10-year Tawny.

Grape: Touriga Franca,Tinta Roriz,Tinta Barroca,Tinto Cão

Vinification: Vegetarian

Farming: Sustainable

Food Pairing: I’d be more inclined to pair the 10-year tawny with something savoury & spicy — nuts & salty cheeses, maybe a mince pie, Roquefort or Stilton. Or a nice bar of milk chocolate.
