From lunar calendars to the flora & fauna, we’re taking a deep dive into natural wines. Showcasing the “safer side”, natural wines that feel traditional & don’t shout about being “natty”, but that have integrity, elegance & class. Showcasing the incredible art of harvesting correctly, knowing your vines, living with the yards & working with so much precision you don’t need to add preservatives or use chemicals. 

This will be the purest tasting, with the lowest touch approach to the vines but some of the biggest flavours. We promise we won’t even use the word “funky”… This is our exploration & showcase of why & how natural wines can be as mature & eloquent as those that have been filtered & preserved.
