One of the greats. Gusbourne has firmly established itself as one of the classiest, most consistent vineyards in the UK. Their wines have great structure & elegance. The 2020 vintage of the Brut has excellent body, bubbles & flavour: brioche, melon & nectarine enmeshed with clean minerality & freshness. Great alternative to Champagne.

Grape: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier

Vinification: Low Intervention, Vegetarian

Farming: Traditional, Sustainable

Food Pairing: Anything from Kent. In true terroir fashion, one should really consume foods grown in the same area: anything seasonal & British — cheeses, salads, maybe something coastal. Seared scallops? How about fish & chips with an Eton mess to finish? Get more than one bottle, I would!
