DJIMMAH - FOREST HARVESTED

This natural processed coffee is grown in southwestern Ethiopia, specifically in the Kaffa and Illubabor regions. While these areas produce about 50% of Ethiopia's coffee exports, mostly commercial grade, they also yield a limited quantity of specialty grade coffee, primarily forest harvested.

Forest harvested coffee grows naturally under the shade of forest trees. It offers diverse plant stock for breeding, ensuring disease resistance, high yields, and top quality in aroma and flavor. Forest coffee represents about 10% of Ethiopia's total coffee production.
