VINIFICATION: NATURAL, UNFILTERED, VEGAN, LOW INTERVENTION

FARMING: BIODYNAMIC

FOOD PAIRING: Excellent & elegant - traditions work: enjoy a ragu, a steak, something
rich & Italian or if you're after something lighter,
pair with some aged cheeses & fatty salamis.
Crusty fresh bread. Oil & balsamic. Super.
